To book a place for your child during term-time (i.e. for either the Breakfast Club, the After-School Club or both):
- Read The Big Space Information Booklet (PDF, 242KB) and our Terms and Conditions, and contact us about anything that's not clear.
- Decide on the days and times you'd like to book for your child or children.
- Complete a Booking Form (PDF, 101KB). (You can use a single form for between one and four children - though you must be the parent/carer of all of them.)
- Hand the Booking Form (PDF, 101KB) to one of our staff, or leave it in our in-tray at the school office.
- Wait for our staff to contact you and confirm that your child has a place for the sessions requested.
- Complete a Registration Form (PDF, 132KB) for each child not already registered with us.
To book a place for your child in our Holiday Club, the procedure is the same, except that you should use a Holiday Club Booking Form (PDF, 104KB).
We require all parents/carers to read The Big Space Information Booklet (PDF, 242KB) so that they can fully understand how we operate.
All parents/carers will be asked to sign their child’s Registration Form (PDF, 132KB) before he/she starts with us, confirming that they have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.
